  An individual DVD or CD-ROM is considered 1 product,

  All bundles are considered 1 product.

  Posters, Photographs, and T-Shirts are each considered separate products.

  For example, if you ordered a 3 DVD bundle and a poster and a T-shirt, you would be charged $21 for US shipping.

  US orders are sent US Priority Mail only and arrive within 2-5 days of shipment.

  Orders to outside the US are sent 1st class International Mail and are not trackable and have no guarantee how lhow long they will take to arrive. This method is the most inexpensive way to go. If you wish faster shipping, please contact us via the Contact Us link.

  This is an additional $4 shipping and handling fee added to non-US orders ($2 for Canada).

  The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

• Customers in US, Canada, Mexico, and Europe * can purchase merchandise through this store using credit cards.

  Customers from other countries can still purchase products by using the Contact Us link to send an email with the names of the products you want and your shipping address. We'll reply with an invoice and instructions on how to pay via PayPal. You must have a PayPal account to order from us using PayPal.

  Non-US buyers are responsible for all customs charges and duties levied by the country to which the order is shipped. Gorilla Factory Productions takes no responsibility for orders that are held up by customs. • Return Policy
• You have 30 days to return merchandise that is defective. We will send you back a replacement product. No questions asked and everyone is happy. We do not refund money under any circumstances.
